As a Quality, Reliability & Support Intern, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our innovative home energy solutions. By supporting critical processes like root cause analysis and non-conformance reporting, you’ll help ensure we deliver on our promise of excellence.
Job requirements
What you will do:
Assist in maintaining product quality throughout the entire lifecycle, from development to post-launch support.
Support the reporting, tracking, and resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), quality alerts, and concessions.
Help facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations to address and resolve quality issues from both Software and Hardware perspectives
Assist in managing the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process, coordinating returns and repairs with suppliers and customers.
Assist with diagnostics and basic repairs of electrical or mechanical components via the Return Material process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient resolution of product issues.
Contribute to monitoring product quality performance through key metrics such as priority issues and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and Mean Time To Failure (MTTF)
What you’ll need:
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
A basic understanding of quality processes and methodologies (knowledge of APQP is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to learning.
Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
