As our Head of Sales Germany (f/m/x), you will build and lead our sales team in Germany, developing and implementing strategies to drive success. This role offers the chance to shape our sales operations, establish key partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Create an effective sales funnel to help our German leads buy the best solution for their home.
Implement effective sales processes, scripts, and systems to ensure customer satisfaction and predictable sales.
Lead, mentor, and build our sales team from scratch, setting them up for success.
Create a high-performing culture while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration.
Develop and execute the sales strategy in Germany to achieve our mission.
Use data-driven insights to monitor performance and drive exceptional sales results.
Rapidly execute and implement tactical and strategic sales initiatives.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent installation and sales quality.
Work closely with the Country Manager and top-management to develop the commercial strategy in Germany.
Job requirements
To be successful in the above tasks, we think you should bring:
An entrepreneurial mindset; willing to start from zero and lead by example.
Proven leadership experience in building complex B2C sales teams from scratch.
Experience in a high-performing, digitally-focused sales organization is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex data.
Proactive approach and ability to get things done quickly in a dynamic scale-up environment.
Hands-on leadership style, enjoying frontline sales activities.
Experience in or affinity with the HVAC, installation, or energy sector is highly desirable.
An affinity for digital workplaces (experience in HubSpot or comparable CRM is a plus).
Fluency in German and English.
