Front-End Developer (Webflow Specialist)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our web team, you’ll help shape how users experience Quatt online. Your day-to-day will include:

• Working closely with our design and marketing teams to create visually stunning, user-friendly Webflow pages.

• Building and maintaining responsive designs that perform seamlessly across devices.

• Enhancing Webflow templates with custom HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript for added functionality.

• Configuring and customizing HubSpot forms & quotes to optimize user interactions.

• Testing, optimizing, and improving site performance with a focus on speed, usability, and SEO.

• Exploring creative web development solutions that support Quatt’s growth and impact.

• Keeping our online presence aligned with both our sustainability mission and business objectives.

You’re an experienced front-end developer who loves building seamless, high-performing websites, and you’re ready to make a difference:

• Proficiency with Webflow, including building and managing responsive websites.

• Strong foundational skills in HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of JavaScript.

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development or a similar role.

• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools (a big plus).

• A sharp eye for design and attention to detail, ensuring every pixel is just right.

• The ability to collaborate seamlessly with teams across design, marketing, and development.

• Current resident of the Netherlands (as this is not a fully remote position).

• A genuine interest in sustainability and the drive to contribute to impactful change.
