As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be playing a key role in our Software team, assuring the quality of our software. You will be responsible for our testing strategy and implementing test automation solutions.
What you will do:
Perform functional, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (automated and manual). Focus on our mobile application.
Define end-to-end test scenarios and data mappings using development documentation and requirements.
Support existing automated test suits and create new test cases.
Create and execute manual and automated test scripts using scripting and programming languages.
Maintain the test result documentation to assist our development team in debugging and modification of software and systems.
Report bugs that occur during the process and suggest improvements.
Participate in refinements and discussions of the new features together with embedded and App and Cloud teams.
Develop tests in Typescript using Jest and Supertest frameworks on a daily basis.
Do whatever is needed to make our customers happy and turn Quatt into a huge success!
Our current tech stack: Node.js, TypeScript, React, Postman.
Job requirements
What you’ll bring:
You want to make a positive impact on the world and fight climate change.
You have a relevant degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent experience.
You have 3+ years of experience in Test Automation (JavaScript or similar).
You can set up, design, and implement test automation suites and advise the team on tooling.
You are not afraid to work independently, make mistakes, learn from them, and fix them.
You are full of energy, eager, and capable to learn and grow.
You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
You have a minimum fluency level of C1 in English.
