Are you ready to rise to the challenge?

As an Interim 3D rendering specialist (industrial designer), you will play a critical role in visualizing and refining our product concepts. Working closely with the Mechanical Engineering team, your primary focus will be on creating high-quality renders (product, technical, and lifestyle/environment) that convey design intent and appeal to end users. You will also provide guidance on rendering specs and collaborate on creative briefs to maintain our high aesthetic standards.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for creating detailed 3D models of products and environments for rendering.

  • Develop and present compelling design proposals and visualization options to communicate design intent, materiality, and functionality.

  • Support on refining and iterating on designs based on feedback from internal teams, user testing, and market research, maintaining a user-centered approach.

  • Conduct trend research and apply insights into design concepts, materials, finishes, and form to create relevant, appealing products.

  • Optimize rendering settings and assets for various platforms, ensuring consistency across digital and print outputs.

  • Assist in preparing other design assets, including exploded views, animations, and interactive presentations for product demonstrations.

  • Support the team in product launch preparation, collaborating on promotional and technical assets.

  • Support on product development by collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability of design concepts, providing input on materials, finishes, and form to align with production requirements.

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial design, with a focus on 3D product visualizations.

  • Proven ability to produce photorealistic product, technical, and lifestyle/environment renders that meet high aesthetic and functional standards.

  • A strong emphasis on designing with the end user in mind, incorporating user insights to drive product functionality and appeal.

  • A meticulous approach to design, ensuring both technical accuracy and aesthetic quality in all outputs.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
