We are looking for a versatile and highly motivated individual to join our Planning and Customer Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of installation services and contributing to continuous process improvements. You'll be at the heart of our planning and scheduling operations, working closely with a diverse and cross-functional team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support Quatt’s growth in both commercial and environmental impact.


  • Schedule and Optimize Installations: Plan and coordinate installation time slots, ensuring installer availability in each region aligns perfectly with customer preferences and needs.
  • Rescheduling and Problem-Solving: Proactively adjust schedules to accommodate any unforeseen changes or complications, maintaining flexibility while minimizing disruption to both customers and installers.
  • Customer and Installer Coordination: Liaise with installers and customers to provide clear communication and exceptional service, ensuring that both parties are informed and satisfied throughout the process.
  • Service and Complex Issue Scheduling: Handle the planning of more complex service visits and installations, coordinating with the necessary teams to ensure that all requirements are met efficiently.
  • Process Improvement and Feedback: Continuously assess and refine scheduling and planning processes. Provide feedback and collaborate with the software team to enhance our planning tools and systems.
  • Contribute to Company Growth: Play a key role in driving our mission of commercial and environmental success by ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Job requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working with software tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zuper) for scheduling and logistics is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
